I bought this camera to take snapshots of people and places while traveling. I’ve had it for 3 months now and love it. Takes great pictures, images and colors come out clean and crisp. Comes with good features, including contiuous shooting mode, black and white, sepia, and other color accent features. I get a lot of red eyes in pictures, but camera has an automatic red-eye correction feature which works wonderfully. I especially like that in addition to the large screen, it has a view finder, which is hard to find now in small cameras. Battery lasts a long time. Highly recommend it.

good picture quality, pretty decent functionality selection. I also have Nikon D60 SLR camera, and interchangeably taking pictures with both of them. Of course you can see the difference in quality, but still the cannon SD770IS pictures looks pretty good next to professional camera pics.

I haven’t used the camera that much yet but I am still learning all the features. I’m practicing before my next big trip which is in just a few days. The deal was great – digital camera, memorary card and carrycase and all for $144.00. I’ll write more after I use it more and upload photos to my pc.

I like this camera for the price. It actually has a lot more features than we use. I also bought it because it has the same memory card as my older power shot. One negative, the on/off switch is intermittent. The only other minor thing with this purchase is that it took longer to get here than any other purchase I have made on Amazon.
